Teaching Philosophy affirmation Dewey defined education as the reconstruction and reorganization of experiences, which increases ones ability to direct the course of subsequent experiences and these experiences can be two active and passive. However, according to Lindemand, the education experience is, first of every doing something second, doing something which makes a difference and third, knowing what difference it makes. As an someone who is anticipating becoming an educator in todays complex teaching field, my philosophy is one that will reflect a blending of the educational foundations in which the concept of education was first introduced to the populus. From Platos idealism that the everyday world of things and objects is merely a fleeting, shadowy copy of the true ide as which the spirit carries which encourages students to seek a higher level of thinking (Hamm 1974, 212). Idealism as well as includes the cultural heritage and wisdom which each student should be promote to share by being knowledgeable about it, participating in sharing it and elaborating it through their own contributions in the classroom and in the community. Because all students should be motivated to seek their inner learning potential, they must to a fault realize that rules and regulations are essential in our society if the concept of land is to survive and be passed on to each new generation. If as a teacher, I am to use the commandment Goals as a building foundation, then as a genus Phallus of the teaching profession, I must at the beginning of my career support a commitment to establish national teaching standards and an accurate behavior to assess the students. These standards must take into account the wishes, desires, and rules that involve parents, local communities, gorge and federal requirements regarding funding resources. These standards must provide for real-time with students, time which allows for a cooperating relationship to develop between teacher and student which will expend a true learning environment that includes appropriate support systems, and a caring friendly attitude to the customer who uses the public school system.
